The Carriageworks

Leeds' new theatre is situated on the edge of Millennium Square. Incorporating the historic structure of an early Victorian carriageworks, this new venue operates within the Electric Press Development which also houses bars, cafes and restaurants grouped around an historic glass-roofed and heated courtyard.

The Carriageworks offers 6 meeting rooms and a flexible lecture theatre which can seat up to 300 people.

Leeds Art Gallery

With something for everyone at the Art Gallery, your senses will be awakened by exploring the variety of artworks on display - traditional prints, watercolours, paintings and sculptures as well as contemporary works.

The lecture theatre is ideal for presentations to large numbers, whilst the galleries provide an elegant setting for corporate functions, wine receptions or product launches.

 

 

 

Due to the close proximity of our venues with each other we are also able to take bookings across more than one venue. For example after a conference at the Town Hall you are welcome to hire the meeting rooms for breakout sessions at The Carriageworks just across the way.
